(Cedar City, Utah. 09-01-2006) The Paintball Shop (TPS) INC., is pleased to announce the purchase of Ballistic Paintball Supply, INC., today. This purchase adds another retail location to the Aardvark Paintball retail pro-shop chain, owned by TPS. “This has made for a busy week, we are in the process of moving to a new 2200 square foot store in Cedar City as well as taking over the operations of Ballistic.” Jasen Chandler, President of TPS said, “The transition from the Ballistic name to the Aardvark name will not be immediate, we recognize the strength of the Aardvark brand but want to do this the right way.”
Ballistic Paintball was opened 3 years ago by Kevin Sorensen, his wife Pam and his son Nich. Ballistic is best known for its great selection, professional service, convenient location and sponsored teams who consistently win local and regional events. The MWXPL sanctions the Utah Summer Games as an official MWXPL affiliate tournament. Teams who participate in the Utah Summer Games Paintball event will earn affiliate points towards the MWPXL 2005 season. More information to come.
